Full Color Foil
Printing: Is a new innovative printing
process which allows you to have the benefit of our most popular
printing products which are full color printing, foil stamping
and UV. The full color foil printing is achieved by filling in
with silver foil the desired full color foil printing area, then
printing the full color foil printing area in full color then
applying a UV to the entire card to seal the full color foil
print.
Hot Foil Stamping:
This printing method is one of the oldest
printing methods that we carry, it is very elegant and is used
throughout different industries. We start of making a 'die' made
out of copper of bronze, laser cut with your design that has to
be foil stamped. Then we stamp the card with your desired foil
color using the 'die' which we initially created. Since the foil
that is used is very similar to aluminum foil the result is a
foil stamp card with a high reflection that some compare to
chrome.
Metallic Ink Printing:
Metallic printing is the newest of our full line
of foil products, this method involves standard offset printing
but using ultra reflective inks which we call metallic ink. The
ink is both elegant and shiny but its the least reflective of
the 3 methods of foil.
